TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed on ybln.ca. YBLN Pastry is a Calgary, Alberta pastry business. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund policy, our Shipping policy and our Privacy policy.

1. ORDERS AND PREORDERS
All products are handcrafted to order. Most items require advance preorder. Please see the product page for the minimum lead time: two days for cheesecakes and four days for croquembouche. Larger and custom orders may need more time. Please contact us as early as possible for weddings, celebrations and corporate events.

An order is confirmed once we contact you and agree on the delivery date and time. We may decline or cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it, in which case you will receive a full refund.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is taken at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but the price you paid at the time of ordering will not change.

3. DELIVERY
We deliver within Calgary, Alberta only, every day. We do not offer pickup. We will contact you by phone to confirm a delivery time slot. Delivery is free on orders over $90. Please see our Shipping policy for details.

Please provide an accurate address and phone number and make sure someone can receive the order. We are not responsible for delays or spoilage caused by an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations, refunds, custom orders and damaged items are covered by our Refund policy. Please read it before ordering.

5. ALLERGENS AND FOOD SAFETY
All products are prepared in a shared kitchen where nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs are also handled. We cannot guarantee that any product is free of any allergen. Allergens are listed on each product page. If you or your guests have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Some products contain alcohol. This is listed on the product page.

6. STORAGE
Our products are perishable. Please follow the storage instructions on each product page. As a guide, cheesecakes should be refrigerated and eaten within 48 hours of delivery, and unassembled choux puffs kept at +4°C to +6°C for up to 72 hours. We are not responsible for quality issues caused by incorrect storage after delivery.

7. PRODUCT IMAGES
All products are handmade, so there may be small differences in colour, decoration and shape compared with photos on the site.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photos, text and designs on ybln.ca belong to YBLN Pastry and may not be used without our written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
