Croquembouche (Choux Tower)

We will contact you over the phone to choose the convenient delivery time slot. Treat yourself to our magnificent Croquembouche! This showstopping dessert is built from light-as-air choux puffs, generously filled with a blend of cream and fragrant confit, and bound together by delicate caramel.  It is a perfect decoration for any feast or milestone event! The cake is built from about 40 choux puffs. Each individual puff is 4 cm in diameter .  (Custom Cake Size is available upon individual request)

 Allergens : Dairy, Eggs, Nuts, Gluten 

May contain: traces of other allergens. Prepared in a shared kitchen where nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs are also handled.

Storage Instructions:

Choux Puffs (Unassembled): 

The pastry (choux puffs) must be stored in the refrigerator at +4°C to +6°C . Shelf life is 72 hours .

Assembled Cake (Crucial): Do not store the fully assembled Croquembouche in the refrigerator. The moisture will ruin the caramel structure.

We are happy to deliver the cake directly to your event venue. Please note that at least four days in advance pre-order is necessary.
