Croquembouche with a Belgian Chocolate Finish

A classic French croquembouche made with about 120 delicate choux puffs, carefully assembled by hand into an elegant tower and finished with Belgian chocolate. Light choux puffs filled with smooth cream come together in a striking centrepiece, while a fine coating of Belgian chocolate adds rich flavour and an elegant finishing touch. A beautiful centrepiece for weddings, celebrations, corporate events and other special occasions.

Each puff is 4 cm in diameter. Custom sizes are available upon individual request.

Storage Instructions
Choux puffs (unassembled): store in the refrigerator at +4°C to +6°C. Shelf life is 72 hours.
